Adding more to the lash line on the follow-up procedure blends perfectly and is safe on this fragile tissue. The lower liner can also be completed on this initial procedure. We can stipple the lower liner so it has a soft powered effect and not a true line effect. We can achieve this technique using a combination of machine and hand tool work.
